This is a stunning young child dressed in striped wool dress, high button shoes with Victorian gold jewelry around her neck. It was found in in Oneida County, New York.  A beautiful image and a beautiful fashion image too. She is one of our favorites! Unfortunately, we could not find info on her, even though so clearly marked. Any help or correction appreciated, email Debra here.
