1850's Jesse Angell Lavina Daggett Rhode Island Victorian Calling Card

Jesse Angell was born on March 26, 1822, in Glocester, Rhode Island.
Father: Samuel Angell, was 34 and his mother, Elsey, was 27. He married Lavina A. Hopkins Daggett on February 22, 1856, when he was 33 years old, and they had two children together. He then married Celinda Melvina (Wells) Chase and they had one child together. He died on December 13, 1897 in his hometown at 75 years, and was buried there.

His first wife Lavina A. Hopkins Daggett was born in 1818 in New York. She married Jesse Angell on February 22, 1856. They had two children during their marriage. She died on November 30, 1875 at the age of 57. Their son: Jeremiah Angell was born in 1858 in Rhode Island, his father, Jesse, was 36 and his mother, Lavina, was 40. He married Florentine Amanda Hunt in 1882. They had one child during their marriage, Alvin L. Angell (Alvin Angell) born on November 10, 1886 in Rhode Island. He had one brother.

Florentine Amanda Hunt was born about 1856, in Rhode Island, her father, Abner Hunt (Abner Constant Hunt) was 40 and her mother, Mary Jane Booker Hunt, was 35. She married Jeremiah Angell in 1882. They had one child during their marriage. She had one brother.

This is a beautiful, rare and unusual Angell family wedding card piece. He was a Rhode Island Civil War veteran. Found in Portland, Maine, Cumberland County ME. It is unusual to have a wife's maiden name printed on a a calling card. The card is very high quality Victorian card, printed on a glossy coated cardstock. This is most likely Jesse & Lavina's 1856 wedding era card.
