Printed on card: "James Carr, Real Estate, Office 422 Broome St, 2d Block East of Broadway, New York." Also see reverse in second scan for atty James Carr's handwritten note in pencil. This must have been left as a note to someone: "20 Bleecker St. Top Floor. Put up fire board, as soon as possible. Nov. 9, (signed) J. Carr "
Note: This is in Kings, Queens, and Delaware County. Found in a large collection of 19th and early 20th c. material in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, MA. This card is printed on heavy old off white cardstock with simple early American typography font.
Real estate dealings in this time period may have been done only by attorneys. This beautiful old piece will be sent in a new clean archival rigid sleeve for your collection. This was a personal calling card for James Carr, and is one of a kind.
