The vintage card has fancy gold ink and a fraternal Knights of Malta insignia. This is a Catholic fraternal organization, see wiki info here. Found in Jamestown New York State, NY area in Chautauqua County. We found Commander Federick A. Colson in a 1900 google book called "Proceedings of the Grand Commandery, Knights Templar, State of NY Volume 90."
