Carrie Jane Dyke was born on November 5, 1863, in Morristown, Vermont, her father, Edwin Dyke, was 33 and her mother, Caroline Taylor Dyke, was 26. She had one brother and two sisters. She died on April 3, 1916, in her hometown, at the age of 52, and was buried in Morrisville, Vermont at LaPorte Cemetery.

This photo was found in New England, in White River Junction, Vermont, VT, Windsor County. Carrie is buried with her parents, and it appears she never married. She died 3 years after her mother and the same year as her Father, Edwin.
