Found in Ontario County NY with photo of his mother Julia M. Havens Heminway, with her handwritten autographed signature on back, the same old period handwriting as on this photograph.

His Father: Buell Heminway Sr. 1838-1915, born in Watertown, Litchfield, Connecticut to Merritt Heminway 1800–1886 and Mary Ann Buell Heminway 1807–1898. His father's siblings were Homer Heminway 1833-1911, John Heminway 1833–1889 and Mary A Heminway 1836–1888 and Merritt Heminway 1843–1920. He died in St. Albans, Franklin County, Vermont.
His Mother: Julia M. Havens Heminway 1845–1915, born in Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County, New York to George F. Havens, died 1890, and Clarinda Julia Welton Havens 1824–1890, also died same year as her husband.
His sibling: Helen Louise Heminway 1872–1910 (known as Nellie)
His Wife: Maude Willard Heminway, 1872-1946, born in bayonne, Hudson County, New Jersey. They married in 1892. She was the daughter of Edward Augustus Willard, born 1846 and Caroline Holt Sands Willard, born 1849. her siblings were Edward Augustus Jr Willard born 1871, Caroline Sands Willard born 1873,, Marion Bradford Willard 1874–1903, Eugene Sands Willard born 1875, Lebaron Sands Willard born 1883, John Middagh Willard born 1884, and Bradford Holt Willard born 1888.

There are many Havens and Heminway family members in the beautiful high Victoran town of Canandaigua, Ontario County, New York, where this photo set was found. The family is buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Watertown, Litchfield County, Connecticut. This is an important DAR, Daughters of the American Revolution and SAR Sons of the American Revolutionary War family.
