Pursuant to the Statute 22nd and 23rd-Vic., cap. 35, intituled " An Act to further amend the Law of Pro;y, and to relieve Trustees. NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands against the estate of Frances Mary Molesworth, late of 4, Bath's Terrace, Instow, in the county of Devon, Widow (who died on the 17th day of July, 1892, and letters of administration to whose estate were granted by the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice, on the 17th day of September instant, to Blanche Mary Twysden Myers, wife of Arthur Richard Bowen Myers, of 43, Gloucester-place, Belgrave-road, London, S.W.), are hereby required to send particulars, in writing, of their claims and demands to the administratrix, on or before the 31st day of October next; after which date the said administratrix will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased, having regard only to the claims of which she shall then have notice. —Dated this 20th day of September, 1892.
