This photo shows a 10 week old baby Arvin Estes, who appears well loved. He wears a beautiful lace gown. His mother is in in her thirties, and they sit in a beautiful old wicker chair, as a beautiful family portrait. It was found in Marlboro, Windham County, Vermont.  They may have some New England ties.
