This is a wonderful and rare CDV photo. It would have been commissioned soon after her death, to show patrons who donated for the burial headstone of Mary Ann, their wonderful teacher and friend. The grave appears freshly dug. It is a wonderful and one of a kind image, found in Maryport, Allerdale borough, Cumbria, England. Do you know the cemetery? Any help or correction appreciated, email Debra here.

Note: There are two other gravestones in photo, one cannot be read, and the other is for Elizabeth Widgery, age 47 years, the "beloved wife of James Widgery."
