On front: "Curtis Hoopes Warrington" is beautifully handwritten in old dip pen ink on a paper CDV photo album page, which was apparently removed at one time from an old album. "Curtis Hoopes Warrington" is handwritten again when CDV is removed from that page, on the reverse in an older more shaky hand. Photo type: Vintage Victorian CDV or Carte de Visite Photograph, circa 1860's Civil War era. Photographer: Duval & West, No. 7 East Gay Street, West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania PA. (known to be Charles Duval who advertised as a "photographic chemist" in 1863 there, and his businnes partner Robert T. West, also known as R.T. West, both photographers in West Chester, Pennsylvania)

Curtis appears to be about 13 years old in this photo. The back side has a handwritten name, with an empty spot of Anna Mary Hoopes Warrington, which is also handwritten by the same hand. We are sorry that photo of her is missing. Scans will include large images of the CDV photo album page front and back too. It was found in West Chester, PA.
