(known to be photographer William H. Elliott, and also possibly his brother as partner, Herbert I. Elliott 1850-1894)

His Mother: Sarah Kenworthy Haines 1838–1925 born in Knightstown, Henry County, Indiana, and died in Bellfountain, Benton County, Oregon.

Alice Lola Lewis Haines Andrews 1903-1938 was adopted by Albion Haines and his wife Mary. She married Clyde Cyril Andrews 1897-1984, died in Yakima County, Washington.

This photo was found in Rhinebeck, Dutchess County, New York, and he may have ties in western NYS and/or New England. A beautiful image of young Albion Haines, tussled hair and clothes, just a great looking kid! It is clearly and boldly hand signed. A beautiful intimate portrait of his early years in Iowa before moving west. He and his wife are buried in Rose City Cemetery in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.
