This photo was removed from a photo album found in the Northampton area of Massachusetts, Hampshire County. A very kind dealer/ collector was finding and saving extensive family and genealogy material in the 1980-1990’s, all in the New England area. We have worked with her on purchasing hundreds of items over time. She traveled and bought at many local auctions and flea markets, carefully rewriting the family names as they were originally written on the decrepit album sleeves. Often the early antique photo albums do not stand the test of time. She is gone now and we salute her wonderful work and love for these old ancestors. This photo was one of her finds.
A beautiful image of Ann Symonds. It was found in Brimfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, not far from the Boston / Lynn area. Ann wears beautiful and stylish Victorian clothing, and a very large religious cross at her neck. A stunning and close up image of her.
Size: 2.5 x 4 inches Note: Hello from ~debra. I have spent years collecting over 10,000 ID’d lost family photos & paper from US flea markets & antique shops. I do the best gen research I can, but am always open to corrections. This is an original antique item, not a reprint. A new high quality rigid sleeve is included for extra protection, especially during shipping. You may buy a piece alone, or large intimate 300 dpi scans of the front and back sent immediately via email, or both. Please search carefully, as they are often found together and many may be related. I also invite you to join me at Ancestorville Genealogy on facebook. Thank you, enjoy! ~Debra Clifford (contact info on top bar)
