Mother: Lucy Ellen Grant 1850-1917, born Lyme, Grafton County, New Hampshire, the daughter of Erastus Grant & Samantha Jenks Grant with DAR ties
Father: Frederick H. Colony 1850-1925, son of Henry Colony 1823-1884 and Mary L Hayward Colony 1826-1884. His first wife was Marie Coffin Colony, who died at age 28. He then married Lucy Ellen Grant in Boston in 1879.
Occupation: He was a very successful wool manufacturer in Wilton, New Hampshire.
His Sibling was Louise Grant Colony, born 1883.

This is a beautiful close up image of Henry G. Colony, a beautiful 8 year old and much loved boy. It was found in Berkshire County, MA. This was a very prosperous New Hampshire Woolen Mill family with DAR, Daughters of the American Revolution and SAR Revolutionary War ties. A wonderful photo.
