There is a Worden Kellogg in the 1850 census living in Franklin, Delaware County, New York. His is age 20, single, and lives with his parents, Samuel Kellogg and Martha Topping Kellogg. She is the daughter of Charles Topping of Long Island. His father Samuel Kellog is listed as a farmer, age 69, born in 1781 in Austerlitz, Columbia County New York. They live next door to Marvin Kellogg, age 32, a farmer and assumed relative. Worden's occupation is a carpenter, according to Civil War Draft registration records.
It appears that Hariett Newell Kellogg married her cousin Elizas Worden Kellogg in 1851. They were childless. Hariett Kellogg is listed in the 1880 census as age 55, a widow living in Franklin, Delaware County, New York.

E. Worden Kellogg, age 33 as of July 1, 1863, listed in it's Civil War Draft Registrations 1863-1865, living in the 19th Congressional District of Chenango, Delaware & Otsego Counties. He is listed as married, and a carpenter.
There is also an EW Kellogg listed on the 1860 Census in Franklin, Delaware County NY, as a carpenter, b. 1829 in New York. His wife is Harriett Kellogg, her name corrected from the misspelling as Fellgg. Sadly, it appears that Worden Elias Kellog (or Elias W. Kellogg, Elias Worden Kellogg) was killed in 1866 by falling scaffolding while on the job . He was working in Croton, Westchester County, New York at the time of his death.
In this 1860's photo, Worden has a slight moustache, a widow's peak and it is a beautiful old original 1860's Civil War era CDV pice. He died at age 37, and this would have been taken some time in the 5 years preceding his untimely death. It was found in Rhinebeck, Dutchess County, New York.
