A beautiful old religious WWII era mourning card for the internment of Ann or Annie Ryan, nee Kirby in Birkenhead. Note: Until 1974, Birkenhead was in Cheshire. It is on the Wirral Peninsula, along the west bank of the River Mersey, sitting opposite the city of Liverpool. 

Text on old antique mourning memorial death card reads:
Ann Ryan who died Dec 16, 1944 aged 71 years, Interred at Flaybrick Hill Cemetery with much religious prose, and a beautiful image on front of "Our Lady of Perpetual Succour". Flaybrick Hill is in Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside, England.

Her husband was Thomas Ryan 1874–1954, born in Birkenhead, Cheshire, England and died in West Kirby, Cheshire, England. Her son was Thomas Michael Ryan 1908–1993 who married Evelyn Goddard.
