Marx that was the mayor of Toldeo Ohio, Lucas County and or also a
Guido Marx connected with Stanford University. In old dip pen ink,
his autograph or signature reads "Sincerely and Fraternally yours,
Guido H. Marx, June 92." The photographer is C.H. Howes at 40 & 42
